HOW DO I BOOK TICKETS?
We strongly advise that whenever possible, you purchase your tickets in advance online. Simply click on our 'Upcoming Events & Tickets' page, and find your chosen event to book your tickets. Although tickets are available to buy on the door at the event, they are on a first-come, first-seated basis. We'd hate for you to turn up and miss out!
WHO QUALIFIES FOR A CONCESSION TICKET?
Concession tickets are available to children (17 and under), pensioners (65 and over) and students (NUS cardholders). Please bring proof of age with you if you are purchasing tickets on the door just in case you are asked to prove your age.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET?
All of our online ticket bookings are booked via www.ticketsource.co.uk. Your e-ticket will be emailed to the email address you supplied at the time of booking. You can either take a print-out of it to the event, or show the e-ticket on your phone.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'VE BOOKED TICKETS FOR AN OUTDOOR EVENT AND IT RAINS?
Our events will go ahead if it rains, so please dress appropriately. We do sell ponchos just in case! In extreme weather conditions such as a high winds, we may be forced to cancel the event for safety reasons. If this happens, all ticket-holders will be emailed and we'll also put the message out on our social media pages. We'll then arrange an alternative date.
WHAT ABOUT SEATING AT EVENTS?
At our indoor events, seats are available on a first-come, first-seated basis. Our outdoor events do not include seats as standard, but you are very welcome to bring along a chair, cushion, blanket etc to sit on, or we do have some available to hire on the day.
DO YOU SELL FOOD AND DRINK AT EVENTS?
There will be food and drink available to purchase at our venues, either pre-packaged drinks and snacks or catering provided by the venue itself.
DO YOU ACCEPT CARD PAYMENTS ON THE DOOR?
We do have card readers for accepting card payments on the door, but they are dependent on the signal available at the venue. Some of our venues are in quite tucked-away locations and the signal is not always reliable, so if in doubt, please bring cash!
